Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are, which is why I offer a tailored approach that blends evidence-based modern psychotherapy with insights from traditional and holistic practices. My mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and culturally sensitive environment where you can feel at ease. Together, we will embark on a collaborative journey to explore your mental health, empower your growth, and find the path that works best for you. I’m here to support you every step of the way!

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in modern psychotherapies that include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Strengths-based Therapy, Stress Reduction Therapy, Trauma-informed Therapy and Mindfulness-based Therapy. I’ll also frequently incorporate psychoeducation and the practice of breathwork, meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) among other stress reduction techniques into therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

I believe that open communication and commitment are the foundations of effective therapy. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while expanding your perspective and finding renewed happiness. Together, we will work on strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges. After each session, you’ll walk away with practical tools and insights, empowering you to see that change is not only possible, but your goals are within reach.
