Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and school or work stress. I earned my master’s degree from Binghamton University and have spent several years helping people process difficult experiences while building skills that make everyday life feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

My approach is genuine, warm, and collaborative, focused on understanding the whole person rather than just a diagnosis or symptom. Whether you are a parent concerned about your child, a teenager struggling to manage emotions, or a young adult feeling pulled in many directions, therapy can offer space to make sense of what is happening and explore realistic ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is at the center of meaningful change. I take time to know each client as a whole person, not just their current challenge. My work is informed by attachment theory, family systems, and trauma informed care. Together, we explore patterns, identify strengths, and create practical tools that support growth, resilience, and lasting change at a pace that feels right.
