Great to meet you!

You already have more strength than you realize — sometimes what's missing is the right support to help you access it. I'm Jessica, a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping people through life's hardest chapters: serious illness, cancer, chronic pain, caregiving, grief, and major life transitions. I've had the honor of sitting with cancer patients and survivors, military members, veterans, and the family members who hold everything together while quietly carrying their own pain. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and tailored entirely to you — no two people are the same, and your therapy shouldn't feel like it came from a template. I draw on person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care, and I weave in mindfulness practices and yoga as grounding tools for healing. Whatever you're carrying, I meet you where you are and adapt to what actually resonates with your life.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist is a little like finding the right pair of shoes — it has to be a good fit. Our first session is about just that: getting to know each other, understanding what's brought you here, and exploring your goals together. There's no pressure. Just an open, honest conversation to find out if we're the right match and what working together could look like.
