Great to meet you!

I earned my doctorate from the University of Denver and work with clients as young as 10 years old with a focus on teens and adults. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, and much more. In my spare time I love being in the mountains whether I'm running, hiking, or camping and I can generally get down the mountain in one piece while skiing. I am the mom to two elementary school-aged boys and my husband and I are getting better at identifying obscure dinosaurs and deadly sea creatures.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and interpersonal approaches. I also offer EMDR and insomnia is a major focus of my practice and I use CBT for Insomnia (CBTI) to treat it.

Please note: I do not schedule through Headway's platform, so please call (720-460-0543) or email ([email protected]) if you wish to set up a free phone consultation. I have availability in the late mornings and early afternoons.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients will feel safe, empowered, and not-judged in our time together. I have clinical expertise to offer and they know themselves best and together we will collaborate to guide them toward wellness.
