Great to meet you!

What we see as flaws often echo patterns rooted in early experiences that shaped our connections with ourselves and others. Trauma, unknowingly, informs these unconscious ways of being that once helped us navigate emotional, physical, and spiritual needs.

With 4+ years of experience treating eating disorders, trauma, and navigating life transitions across outpatient, intensive day programs (IOP/PHP), and residential settings, I bring a trauma-informed approach to help unravel these patterns.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, creative, and empowering, grounded in a direct, down-to-earth style where you’ll feel accepted and genuinely heard. I thoughtfully integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, art therapy, and relational work—modalities that reach deeper, often unspoken parts of ourselves, nurturing a journey toward healing and transformation amid life’s uncertainties. With training in EMDR, I support individuals in processing negative beliefs, emotions, and traumatic events.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm and inviting space where your story is the focal point. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your life, delving into the emotional threads that connect your past to the present. We’ll set the stage for a transformative journey as we work together toward healing and understanding, recognizing that the path may have its uncertainties, but you won’t be alone in it.
