Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, families, and adults. I was trained in a CACREP-accredited program and work across the lifespan, with a focus on life transitions, stress, and relationship dynamics. I often work with college students, young professionals, and families, balancing a lot at once. My style is collaborative, and I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest and open.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move forward. I use narrative and solution-focused therapy to help you understand your experiences while identifying clear next steps. We will look at patterns, build insight, and focus on what is already working in your life. I also consider how relationships and environments shape what you are going through.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk through what brings you to therapy. I will ask a few guiding questions to understand your goals, but there is no pressure to have everything figured out. You can expect a calm, supportive space where we move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.
