Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a background in clinical counseling and community mental health leadership. I know firsthand that reaching out for support takes real courage, and my goal is to make you feel welcome, heard, and supported from day one. I specialize in helping adults and teens work through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and everyday burnout. Beyond traditional talk therapy, I use focused, somatic techniques like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you find relief that actually lasts.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a genuine team effort, not a rigid lecture or a clinical checklist. We focus on connecting the mind and the body so you aren’t just talking about your stress, but actually releasing it. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded, using gentle, evidence-based methods that help shift painful memories without forcing you to relive them. You are always the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you with steady encouragement and real tools.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is simply a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what feels heavy right now, and what you hope will change in your life. You can ask any questions you have about how I work so you feel completely comfortable moving forward. By the end of our time, we’ll map out a simple plan together and make sure we feel like a great match.
