Great to meet you!

I love doing this work. I have 15+ years of experience supporting clients healing from dysfunctional families & relationships. I believe a therapist should, "Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul." I’d be honored to help you cultivate a system of care that honors your unique needs, personality, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and authentic, fostering connection and collaboration in the therapeutic process. I create a safe space that is client centered, trauma-informed, affirmative, and body peace oriented. I am responsive to each client's needs and employ an eclectic personalized treatment approach.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to develop coping skills and strategies, enhance their relationships and self-esteem, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. They can learn to replace shame with curiosity and self-judgment with self-compassion. They can discover ways to implement healthy boundaries, find balance, and create change. They will feel supported in their work to grow and heal.
