Great to meet you!

In 2009, I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology. I am licensed in Illinois (LCPC) and Indiana (LMHC). I have previously worked in Emergency Department's performing Intake Assessments, private practice leading an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to adolescents, and most recently providing risk assessments, crisis management, and brief solution focused therapy in the correctional setting.

My approach to therapy

Life can easily become overwhelming and we all need the proper tools to overcome challenges. A favorite quote is “Mental health...is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.” – Noam Shpancer, PhD. Together we can work through difficult times and learn how to manage struggles whether big or small so they become less overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away a realistic skill set to manage and cope with life challenges and work to be the best version of themselves.
