Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with a Bachelor's degree from Georgian Court University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. She brings specialized post-graduate training in trauma, crisis intervention, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and the Nurtured Heart Approach.

My professional background spans a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, residential care, and the criminal justice system. She has experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to adults, adolescents, and families.

I specializes in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant and conduct disorders, family and relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Strength-Based techniques. I am committed to creating a supportive space where clients can build resilience, gain insight, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore your challenges and goals. I meet each client where they are, tailoring our work together to your unique needs and experiences.

Drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and the Nurtured Heart Approach, I help clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, relationship issues, or healing from trauma, I’m here to support you in building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and achieving lasting growth.

Together, we’ll identify your strengths, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and work toward creating meaningful, positive change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work to increase self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop effective strategies for coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral concerns. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where your strengths are highlighted and personal growth is encouraged. Through our work, you’ll gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back and build the confidence to make empowered decisions and lasting, positive change.
