Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica Brady, LCSW. I'm glad you're here! I specialize in evidence-based approaches that help you break free from patterns that keep you stuck. I believe true strength doesn’t come from staying in control — it comes from opening up.

I have clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and school-based settings. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Southern California.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, openness, and genuine connection. I believe the heart of therapy is the relationship itself. Real change happens when you feel safe, understood, and free to show up as your full self. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. This is a space where you are respected, valued, and never expected to be anything but fully you.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in Radically Open DBT (RO DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). RO DBT is designed for people who struggle with overcontrol — those who appear composed on the outside but often feel lonely, disconnected, or emotionally stuck on the inside. RO DBT helps build deep, meaningful connections by increasing openness, emotional expression, and psychological flexibility. It’s ideal for individuals who feel they “should” be fine but secretly feel distant, misunderstood, or exhausted from holding it all in. CBT helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It’s a structured, goal-focused approach that helps you identify unhelpful thinking patterns, shift perspectives, and take practical steps toward lasting change.

Our intake session will focus on learning more about what's bringing you to therapy and begin exploring what form of treatment may be the most helpful.
