Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jessica Braune, LCSW. I’m here to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely seen. I believe healing happens when we honor the connection between the mind, body, and soul, and I’m committed to helping you find a balance that feels authentic and sustainable for your life. I have been a Clinical Social Worker for over a year, but have been a licensed social worker for over 18 years.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that every person carries their own wisdom. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s weighing you down, and what possibilities are waiting to be uncovered. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking clarity, or longing for deeper alignment, my goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength, cultivate self‐trust, and move toward a life that feels grounded and whole.

My approach to therapy

I take a strengths‐based, humanistic, and holistic approach to therapy. I see each person as inherently capable, resourceful, and whole, and I work collaboratively to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and values. I focus on creating a warm, non‐judgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. Together, we explore emotional, physical, relational, and environmental factors to foster balance, resilience, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

We ease in at your pace, beginning with whatever feels comfortable to share. As you talk, I help you explore what’s been going on—your feelings, recent experiences, and any patterns you’ve noticed—always with soft, curious questions and no pressure to go deeper than you want.
