Great to meet you!

Kids and teenagers don't always have the words for what they're going through, and that's exactly why I love this work. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, attention challenges, trauma, or the weight of growing up, I work with young people from early childhood through young adulthood. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, because real change usually starts with the family around a child. If you've been watching your child struggle and wondering how to help, you're in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach adapts to where your child actually is. With younger kids, we work through play, art, and creative expression, because that's how children naturally process what they're carrying. With older teens and young adults, I'm more conversational and direct, using tools that help them understand their thoughts and challenge what's holding them back. I also bring families into the work when it's helpful. Sessions are warm, flexible, and built around progress that actually sticks.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly a chance to get comfortable and share what brought you in. If it's a child, I'll start with the parent or caregiver to hear your concerns, then spend some time with your child so we can begin getting to know each other. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what we'd work on and how I'd approach it.
