Great to meet you!

When trauma, relationship struggles, or overwhelming emotions begin affecting your ability to move forward, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anger management challenges, relationship issues, and women's issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, carrying experiences they have not fully processed, or struggling to understand themselves and their reactions. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing intense emotions, coping with grief, or navigating challenges within important relationships, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth and meaningful change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide a space where you feel seen, understood, and gently challenged as you move toward the life you want. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence based practices, creating a space where clients can explore patterns, develop insight, and build practical tools for lasting change. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Strength Based Therapy, and Behavior Modification techniques to support meaningful growth. Together, we may explore trauma, PTSD, anger management, relationship concerns, anxiety, stress management, grief, family issues, identity concerns, men's issues, and women's issues. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, increase self awareness, and create healthier patterns that support long term wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where thoughtful reflection and practical strategies work together to help you make meaningful progress. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, greater emotional awareness, stronger relationships, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anger, or working through relationship difficulties, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and equipped to create lasting and meaningful change.
