Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in grief—including pet loss—and trauma, supporting people through some of the most painful and overwhelming experiences life can bring. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and not so alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe while exploring your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I focus on helping you process your experiences while building stability and connection in the present.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you and your story. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, your past experiences, and anything that may be impacting how you’re feeling right now. From there, we’ll start to create a plan based on what you want to get out of therapy, so future sessions can support meaningful progress.
