Great to meet you!

Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who thrives to help clients feel empowered. Her clinical background is in trauma-informed therapy. She specializes in PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.

My approach to therapy

Jessica's therapeutic approach in therapy is warm, open-minded, and non-judgemental and strength-based. She often uses a mix of therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, trauma-focused, solution-focused and CBT interventions to tailor treatment for her clients and their individual needs.

What you can expect from me

She works with her clients to set short term goals that work towards the longer term therapeutic goals the clients hopes to achieve within therapy. The therapeutic progress is not always a linear process, but growth can be successful and seen throughout therapy. Jessica highlights the small successes that lead to the bigger successes within therapy including the use of skill building, breathing techniques and psychoeducation.
