Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, in a “funk”, lonely, or out-of-sorts? Do you feel like you have to put on a face to show that you have it all together? Do you feel sadness or anxiety from past experiences or current events? Maybe it's hard even to pinpoint. It can be hard to ask for help, but coming here is a great first step toward living a fuller, happier life. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I truly believe that effective therapy is grounded in a genuine and collaborative relationship between the client and therapist. I collaborate with people of all gender identities, sexual identities, and cultural identities, from children to adults years 18 & older, in my 15-year career. Specialties include anxiety, perfectionism, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, and relationship issues. I enjoy helping my clients find their "YES."

What you can expect from our first session

From personal experience, I know the struggle of getting out of your own way and opening yourself up to change. Because of those experiences, I am passionate about helping you tap into your strengths and discover the values that align with you. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
