Great to meet you!

My passion lies in helping children and adults. Kids may have anxiety that is taking the fun out of every day life, or may be struggling with behavioral issues as a result of tough experiences they have endured in the past. This is where I aim to help! Kids are resilient, but oftentimes therapy at a young age can help change the path for adulthood.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in family-systems models, attachment oriented therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with individuals/families struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, substance abuse, and domestic violence. I have experience working with children struggling with adoption. By utilizing an individualized insight-oriented approach, I help children and adults process emotions and achieve progress to reach their goals. I am a believer of mind/body/spirit connection.

What you can expect from me

We all find ourselves in vulnerable places sometimes, but it is never too late to begin the process for positive change. I will be here to support you and guide you through these challenging times.
