Hello! My goal is to work with clients who are struggling with various life challenges. I am a specialist in treating chronic depression, suicidal thoughts and/or behaviors, & anxiety. I am also highly specialized in the assessment and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder.

I utilize evidence-based treatment with a focus on careful assessment, use of outcomes measures, and treatment planning to help you not only have a reduction of symptoms, but help you achieve transformative healing and recovery. I am working towards an advanced level of competency in Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP). DDP helps patients adaptively process emotional experiences, attain a positive sense of self, and to develop fulfilling relationships.

I believe in the power of psychotherapy in helping people achieve transformative change. I focus on helping you learn to connect with your emotions, connect to yourself, and with others. This process helps you work towards self-acceptance. The automatic side effect is that depression, anxiety, and suicidal thought decrease.
