Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience, including 5 years in clinical mental health and 7 years in school-based settings. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping them build on their strengths to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, with a strong belief in respecting each person's unique experiences and right to self-determination. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to identify challenges, build on strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. Drawing on 12 years of experience as a social worker in clinical and school settings, I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional or behavioral difficulties. My goal is to empower clients to develop coping skills, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change while honoring their unique needs, values, and goals.
During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share your concerns at your own pace. We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what has brought you to therapy, exploring your strengths, and identifying the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that reflects your needs, values, and priorities. My approach is collaborative, and I encourage open communication while respecting your autonomy and supporting your ability to make choices that are right for you.
