Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed LPC, LMHC, and CPC with seven years of experience as a therapist. As a second-career therapist, I bring both professional training and personal life experience to my work, allowing me to meet clients with compassion, understanding, and genuine care. I use an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapies to create treatment that fits your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you as you build greater self-awareness, healing, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, client-centered approach, drawing from multiple evidence-based therapies to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. I work with adults ages 18 and older, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. My areas of focus include addiction, PTSD, depression, relationships, couples counseling, sexuality and sex-related concerns, and other mental health conditions. Together, we will explore practical tools and meaningful insights to help you build greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I view the first session as an opportunity to begin building a genuine connection in a safe and welcoming environment. We will take time to hear your concerns, understand your experiences, and collaborate on goals that reflect what you hope to achieve through therapy. Establishing trust and comfortability is an important part of the process, and I will meet you with patience, compassion, and respect. Together, we will create a foundation for meaningful progress and a therapeutic relationship that supports your healing and well-being.
