Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in providing trauma-informed support for women who feel disconnected from themselves after difficult sexual or reproductive experiences including sexual dysfunction and dissatisfaction, infertility, reproductive trauma, and decisions about whether or not to have children.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach promotes connection, curiosity, and self-compassion as a pathway towards healing and clarity. I view restoring a sense of safety and confidence in your body as a crucial part of therapy.

Many of the approaches I use in my practice involve building a deeper sense of self-awareness and reconnection with the emotions, sensations, and perceptions that are present in your body.

What you can expect from me

My primary treatment modalities include Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and EMDR. My hope for each client that I work with is that they can begin to explore their symptoms with a sense of compassion, and in doing so begin to understand their own stories from a place of strength and empowerment.
