Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm a women's mental health specialist who works with women experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, imposter syndrome, burnout, negative body image, and reproductive or sexual concerns.

My approach to therapy

My primary treatment modalities include Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and EMDR. My hope for each client that I work with is that they can begin to explore their symptoms with a sense of compassion, and in doing so begin to understand their own stories from a place of strength and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach promotes connection, curiosity, and self-compassion as a pathway towards healing and clarity. As we work together in therapy, I'll provide feedback, suggestions, and some new perspectives that can help you to shift out of patterns that have kept you feeling “stuck” or unfulfilled. I create a collaborative, comfortable therapeutic space where you will feel engaged, supported, and appropriately challenged as you work towards your goals.
