Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years and have enjoyed working with children, teens and adults. I continue to be believe in the power of therapy and I am passionate about helping people find their path to growth and peace. I attended UCLA and received my Master’s in Social Welfare with an emphasis in mental health. I have experience helping people overcome their struggles with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stage of life stressors, crisis, anger and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I would describe my style as open, comforting and relaxed. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves. My focus is to help clients find what they need to feel proud and in control of their lives. I also help clients recognize their strengths and capabilities so they can take charge of their journey to change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients meet their goals, small and big. Whether that be finding ways to feel calm in the mist of an anxiety attack or guiding them in their journey to self-discovery.
