My approach to therapy

Jessica specializes in play therapy and school related concerns. Jessica believes every child has unique life experiences, and thus an individualized journey towards wellness. Jessica believes play therapy enables children to express themselves in their most natural form and believes change and growth begins with a trusting relationship.
