Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Psychiatric Nursing from Vanderbilt University and additional advanced training. I have dedicated my career to empowering patients to achieve their optimal mental health and overall wellness through evidence‐based, compassionate care. With extensive experience in both in-person and telehealth settings, I work with clients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults—and have supported individuals dealing with a range of challenges including mental health concerns, substance abuse, and neurodevelopmental disorders. I understand the importance of diversity and inclusivity in care, and I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where every patient feels seen and heard. My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and rooted in the latest evidence base practice, ensuring that each treatment plan is as effective as it is empowering.

My approach to therapy

I center my care on collaborative, individualized treatment. I combine evidence‐based practices with compassionate care. I empower patients—whether in-person or via telehealth—to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored by blending the latest research with empathetic understanding.
