Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, client-centered professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My professional background and training have provided me with experience supporting clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. I incorporate evidence-based approaches while recognizing that effective treatment looks different for every person.

Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or simply looking for greater clarity and balance, I’m here to meet you where you are and support you throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable being open and understood without judgment. I work with clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences while identifying practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

I tailor treatment to each person’s individual needs, goals, and pace rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll build on your existing strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward feeling more confident and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s bringing you to therapy and feel empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable—there’s no pressure to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin.

I’ll take time to listen, learn about you as a whole person, and understand the experiences that have shaped you. We’ll also talk about what therapy might look like and what approach feels like the right fit for your needs and goals.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling welcomed, understood, and perhaps a little lighter knowing you don’t have to navigate everything on your own. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
