Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I strongly believe that one of the most important relationships we can have is the one we have with ourselves. Therapy may feel intimidating, but there is so much strength in taking the first step. I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults and support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, and executive functioning difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective, believing that you are the expert of your own life. I don't believe my role is to tell you what to do or have all the answers. Instead, we can lean in together to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and move toward the goals and values that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can be yourself and feel comfortable talking about both the difficult and meaningful parts of your life. You don’t need to know exactly where to start or have the right words to begin. My hope is for you to feel safe in showing up as you are, and together we can figure out where to start from there.
