Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified registered art therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor. I have worked in non-profit organizations, providing counseling services to young children adolescents, and adults.

My approach to therapy

My working model is positioned from a trauma informed, holistic, strength-based approach to understanding how we are able to cope with life and grow to be resilient. I base my clinical interventions in art therapy principles and both traditional / non-traditional approaches to understand clients' inner world and foster self-expression and trauma processing.

I have worked with young children to adults with various life challenges. I focus on creating safe space for clients and helping clients to thrive in harmony within the family system and community, and grow individually. If you would like to have initial consultation and begin your healing journey, please call or email to make an appointment.
