Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), my journey spans over 6 years in community mental health. Grounded in trauma-informed care, I specialize in empowering clients through DBT therapy, EMDR, CBT, and motivational interviewing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and rooted in attachment-based principles. I have experience in suicide bereavement and attachment-based family therapy. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with specialized training in prolonged exposure techniques within DBT. Over the years, I have worked with individuals, couples, teens, and families, providing support across a range of challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools for managing life’s challenges. My approach fosters a collaborative, non-judgmental environment where we explore unique experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. Whether working through trauma, relationship dynamics, or emotional regulation, I focus on helping clients build skills to reduce distress, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Together, we develop tailored goals.
