Great to meet you!

I work best with parents who want to understand their child more deeply and are open to partnering together. My ideal clients value communication, want practical tools for everyday challenges, and are looking for a supportive, non judgmental space where their child can grow with confidence and care.

As a school social worker for 20 years, I’m dedicated to supporting students and helping them build the skills they need to navigate everyday challenges. I work closely with children and families to promote resilience, communication, and confidence, ensuring each child feels understood, capable, and supported in their growth.

I believe every child has strengths worth celebrating and I am here to help them feel confident, capable, and ready to take on the challenges that present themselves.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style blends cognitive behavioral tools with a culturally sensitive and mindful approach, always highlighting clients’ strengths as we work together.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to know that this is your space and we will at the pace that feels right for you. We will work on the timeline that fits your needs and I am here to support you every step on the way.
