Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Jessica Clemons, MD, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and graduate of Cornell University Medical College. I specialize in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions affecting adults and adolescents. My special interests include working with professionals, minority groups, LGBTQ+, those that feel "othered", and providing 2nd opinions. I take pride in providing high-quality, evidence based-care and look forward to seeing my patients feel better and improve their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered. Your experience and goals are important to me. I'm thorough and teach along the way. First, we'd meet for an intake where I'd develop a treatment plan that can include medication management, psychotherapy, or both. My goals are to provide a plan that you can feel confident in and that your concerns and questions are addressed at each appointment. I'll be with you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our visits will never feel rushed and there is no pressure to start medication. You can expect to receive care that is evidence-based, holistic, and tailored to your needs. If starting medication, you can expect to understand why it was started along with potential side effects. In therapy sessions, you can expect to feel validated and supported but also gain tools and strategies to put into action in between visits. I hope to help you improve your quality of life and get on a path you desire.
