Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals of all ages, helping them navigate life's challenges and find their own path toward healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor and Master of Social Work Degrees from the University of Georgia. I have been a social worker for over 20 years, working as a therapist for 17 of those years and a fully licensed clinician for 13 years.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, down-to-earth, and individualized. I recognize that each person brings with them unique experiences, perspectives and needs and I believe that therapy should reflect this uniqueness. My therapeutic style is eclectic and I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are, whether they are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, behavioral concerns, or simply navigating life's challenges and changes.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe supportive, and judgment-free space where people feel heard, understood, and valued. I believe meaningful change begins with connection, and sometimes the most important first step is simply having someone who is willing to listen.
