Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from Monmouth University and additional post graduate training focused on the CBT, EMDR, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. Throughout my 18 year career, I have worked with children, adolescent and young adults, and adult populations navigating symptoms that infringe on daily living. I also take pride in creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore complex issues like sexuality, race, culture, and gender.

My approach to therapy

I utilize many different treatment approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, solutions focused, behavioral modification, and humanistic therapy. Any approach I use is based on the needs of the individual needs and participation in treatment.

What you can expect from me

An opportunity for growth and expanding awareness of oneself.
