Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, confusing, or even overwhelming — especially when you’re already navigating anxiety, hormonal shifts, fertility challenges, relationship stress, or major life transitions. You don’t have to carry that alone. I specialize in working with women and young adults who feel stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or caught in patterns of self-doubt, chronic stress, or relationship struggles. I also bring a deep understanding of fertility-related stress, women’s mental health, and the emotional impact of hormonal changes, which often go unspoken and unsupported.

What you can expect from therapy with me:

• Decreased anxiety and emotional overwhelm

• Improved self-awareness and self-compassion

• Healthier communication and boundaries

• Support with fertility and women’s health challenges

• Practical coping strategies for stress and life changes

• A stronger sense of clarity, confidence, and emotional safety

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I integrate evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and emotion-focused techniques to support both the mind and body. Together, we will explore what is happening for you, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and build practical, sustainable tools to improve your emotional well-being, confidence, communication, and sense of balance.

In our work together, you can expect a space that is non-judgmental, grounded, and supportive, yet gently challenging in the ways that help you grow. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more understood, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on connection and comfort. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns. You can share as much or as little as feels right for you. From there, we’ll begin building a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and personalized to your needs.
