Great to meet you!

I’m Jessica Cordray, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a welcoming space where you can feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on meeting you where you are. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood, so I work to create a space where you can show up as yourself without judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns, relationships, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT while also considering relationships, family dynamics, and the experiences that have shaped who you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been happening in your life, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—I believe trust develops over time and at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
