Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual licensed psychologist who earned her doctorate degree from the APA-accredited California School of Professional Psychology. I have extensive experience providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families who have undergone trauma and other psychosocial stressors. I have provided English and Spanish therapeutic services in a wide array of settings throughout the last 10 years. I am passionate about helping individuals and families overcome life challenges and obtain the tools needed to live more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My aim is to offer a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and begin a meaningful path toward healing and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming space where we get to know one another and begin exploring what brought them to therapy. I’ll invite you to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to dive into anything before you feel ready. We’ll talk about your goals, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also explain my therapeutic approach and answer any questions you may have so you feel comfortable and informed. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of what our time together will look like and how we can begin moving toward meaningful change.
