I work with individuals and couples to overcome personal and relational struggles in order to help them build more successful relationships throughout their life. The majority of my clients want to have more fulfilling relationships, whether that be personally or professionally.
By walking with my clients, I can better learn the patterns of behaviors that are actively creating roadblocks to success and gently point them out in an effort to grow as a couple or individual. I have successfully worked with clients who struggle with communication issues, addiction, and unbalanced family structures to create a healthy home environment.
It’s important to have a therapist that can relate to you on a personal level. I strive to be welcoming, open, and non-judgmental. I am also just a person who has fought battles of my own. With that life experience, in addition to my education, I work to build a supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients.
