Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite like yourself lately? I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, stress, grief, relationship struggles, and anger or frustration. Many of my clients come in unsure of where to start or how to put their experience into words. Together, we’ll gently untangle what you’ve been carrying so you can feel more understood and begin to create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative space where you’re truly heard without judgment. I tailor each session to what you need most that day—whether that’s processing something heavy, building coping tools, or simply having a place to exhale. Clients describe me as caring, grounded, and someone who helps them feel safe exploring things they’ve held inside for a long time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on your story: what’s bringing you here, what feels heavy, and what’s still working for you. You don’t need to have the “right words” or any of it figured out. My hope is that you leave feeling a bit lighter, more hopeful, and with practical insights you can use right away. If this resonates, I’d be honored to meet you and explore whether we’re a good fit, reach out to schedule a time to talk.
