Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you've lost sight of yourself? You're not alone, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges on your own. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, and struggles with anger or emotional regulation.

Many people begin therapy unsure of where to start or how to express what they're feeling—and that's okay. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and work toward lasting, meaningful change so you can feel more confident, balanced, and empowered in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you'll find a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I tailor each session to your unique needs—whether that means processing difficult emotions, developing practical coping skills, improving relationships, or navigating life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful, lasting change. Clients often describe me as caring, down-to-earth, and someone who creates a safe space to explore the thoughts and experiences they've carried for far too long.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, what feels most challenging right now, and the strengths you already have to support your growth. You don't need to have the "right words" or everything figured out—that's what we're here to work through together.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful, with practical tools and insights you can begin using right away. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation or your first appointment to see if we're a good fit.
