Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re juggling the needs of your family, your relationships, and your own wellbeing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood.

I work with teens and parents to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and build emotional resilience. I specialize in supporting parents as they manage the daily struggles of raising children, balancing work, and maintaining harmony within extended family relationships. Together, we can explore strategies to create more peace, connection, and confidence in your parenting journey.

I also work closely with women on issues related to stress, anxiety, life transitions, and women’s health; helping them find balance, healing, and self-compassion through all stages of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building trust and connection. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful tool for healing, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

I work from an attachment-based perspective, which means I focus on the importance of early relationships and how those patterns can impact emotions, behavior, and connection throughout life. By understanding these patterns, we can work together to build more secure, healthy relationships both within the family and beyond.

I specialize in working with parents, teens, and women using developmentally appropriate and evidence-based approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused therapy, and parenting support. Whether I’m supporting a parent navigating a challenging phase, or supporting a client with processing trauma, my goal is always to meet each client where they are and guide them toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, validated, and truly understood in our work together. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where emotions and experiences are met with empathy and respect. Many clients share that they feel less overwhelmed and more clear about their path forward after our sessions.

You can also expect structure and direction. Together, we’ll identify small, achievable goals and create a practical, personalized plan to work toward them. Whether we’re addressing parenting challenges, emotional regulation, trauma, or relationship dynamics, my focus is on helping you feel empowered, grounded, and supported every step of the way.
