I believe that my role is to be your guide in helping you access the route most helpful and healthy in reaching your preferred goals. I'd like the think of myself as an Uber Driver for emotional health -- once I have a clear idea of where you are, and where you'd like to go, it's my job to work with you in safely getting you there as quickly as possible.
