For more than 25 years, I have been dedicated to helping people work through serious mental health and addiction challenges. I combine extensive experience with advanced training, holding degrees in Psychology and Rehabilitation Counseling, and dual licensure in Ohio as an LPCC-S and LICDC.
I utilize a Reality Therapy approach, combined with trauma-informed care, to help you better understand what’s not working and why. From there, we’ll work together to create a practical plan that empowers you to move toward the life you want.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore your current concerns, talk through what to expect from therapy, and begin building a plan that supports the changes you want to make.
