My approach to therapy

I utilize CBT as well as other treatment modalities to support lasting changes and growth. I also offer a group therapy option for children who are learning to cope with anxiety, depression and trauma that promotes community building and peer-to-peer interaction, which are important parts of improving mental health.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to providing a holistic treatment approach and understand that the healing process involves the body, brain, and connecting with others, so I incorporate somatic practices and collaborate with caregivers.
