Great to meet you!

Hi! I have over a decade of experience providing therapy to a range of clientele. I specialize in substance abuse, pre and postpartum mental health, and chronic pain. However, I have years of experience working with anxiety, relationship issues, dual diagnosis, work stress, and more. I have two masters degrees: One in Counseling & one in Behavioral Science and Forensics. I am a mom of boy/girl twins in their toddler era. I enjoy working out, being outdoors, spending time with my family, traveling the world, and reading!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can truly be yourself. No pressure, no judgement. I'm here to support you through whatever your navigating, whether thats anxiety, life changes, relationship issues, work stresses, etc. My style is warm, honest and down to earth, with a little humor sprinkled in from time to time. I'll meet you where you're at & help you move forward in a way that is manageable for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session won't be as intimidating as it sounds, promise! No pressure, no "perfect" way to show up. We will chat about whats weighing on you, whats been hard for you, and goals you want to work on moving forward. I will guide our conversation, but it will feel natural, supportive, and most of all relieving to finally say things out loud! We will take things one step at a time.
