Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field. I specialize in trauma, relationships, depression, anxiety and addictions.

My approach to therapy

Life is challenging at times and it takes a lot of strength to ask for help. I believe everyone deserves to feel happy and find joy in their journey. I provide a space that is empathetic, nonjudgmental and supportive while using proven techniques, including CBT, ACT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing to help you meet your individual goals. I use a holistic approach while focusing on strengths, growth and positive change.

What you can expect from me

I work closely with my clients to understand their treatment goals and to ensure that we are utilizing appropriate treatment modalities for the best outcomes. I strive to provide a safe space to process and am always open to feedback.
