Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist in the state of Ohio with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

I’m here to support clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed, helping them rediscover motivation, strengthen self-esteem, and learn practical skills to move forward with hope. I also have experience walking alongside people through trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and addiction—whether in inpatient or outpatient settings. Above all, I believe every person deserves kindness, respect, and a genuine chance at a brighter future.

My approach to therapy

I provide a solution-focused and person-centered space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. I understand that when you reach out for help, it’s because you want to improve your life, and I’m here to help you do that. I believe everyone deserves to be met with empathy, compassion, and the safety needed to open up and work through life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step to seek therapy takes courage, and I’m proud of you for getting started. My hope is that together, we’ll explore skills to help you move forward and become the best version of yourself. Whether that means healing from your past or learning ways to be more present now, you’re not alone on this journey.
