Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling stressed, stuck, or not like yourself lately—you're not alone. I help people understand what’s going on beneath the surface, build healthier patterns, and start feeling more grounded and in control. It is my hope that I can provide you with a safe space for healing, growth, and authenticity. I offer mental health therapy to adults, specializing in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I invite you to reach out if you’d like to learn more about the services I offer!

My approach to therapy

I understand how important it is to have a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship—one that fosters openness, vulnerability, and real connection. In our work together, I bring a balance of compassion and gentle challenge, helping you navigate deep emotions while also embracing the humor and lightness in life—when appropriate, of course. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and validated, making it easier to process past experiences and move forward with confidence.

Since research shows that the therapeutic relationship is the strongest predictor of positive outcomes, I take the time to deeply understand your experiences and perspective so we can create a path forward together. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and my approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and tailored to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

My main goals for the first session are to learn more about how I can help you and to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing with me. I lead the intake session with specific questions so there is no pressure for you to feel ready to freely talk for an hour. Ongoing sessions are more client-led as you begin to feel more comfortable knowing what topics to discuss and dive into deeper work. At the end of the first session, we will schedule your recurring appointment time. For best results, I recommend a weekly commitment as we build rapport and get clear on your goals. As we continue our work together, session frequency can be adjusted as needed, whether that’s remaining at a weekly basis or changing to a bi-weekly basis.
