Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship struggles, or past experiences that seem to keep affecting your present? Maybe you’ve been holding everything together for everyone else while quietly feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of what to do next. You don't have to navigate it alone.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing and feel genuinely heard.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, and identify meaningful steps toward the life you want. I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you—not feel like you're being rushed through a checklist.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other approaches based on your individual needs. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or family concerns, self-esteem, grief, or a major life transition, we can work together to develop a treatment plan that fits you.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you've never been to therapy before. Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, talk about what brought you in, and identify what you'd like to change. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

I provide secure telehealth therapy for adults throughout Virginia, with weekday and weekend appointments available. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out to discuss availability and determine whether we're a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approaches include CBT, EMDR, ACT, Solution- Focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily an introductory meeting. We will review background information to complete the intake process and begin working together to identify what you would like to gain from therapy. From there, we will collaborate to establish treatment goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

This is a space where clients can feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I offer a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients are encouraged to share their story at their own pace. Therapy can be challenging, but choosing to begin is an important first step.
