Great to meet you!

I'm a neurodivergent therapist with experience supporting clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where people of all identities feel understood and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you find clarity and meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible to meet your unique needs. I prioritize building a trusting, affirming relationship where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts and experiences. I draw from evidence-based practices and adapt my style to support you in navigating challenges like ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and depression. My goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make meaningful changes at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you can share your story at your own pace. We'll spend time getting to know each other and talk about what matters most to you and what you’re hoping for from therapy. I’ll listen closely, ask questions to better understand your needs, and make sure you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll start shaping a plan that feels comfortable for you and set the groundwork for our journey ahead.
