Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Elizabeth and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University. I have received specialized training in maternal mental health, perinatal bereavement and loss, and healing birth trauma. I have supported individuals and groups in both outpatient and intensive outpatient settings.

Before entering the field of clinical social work, I spent over a decade in the corporate world, with experience in management and accounting. This second career reflects my deep commitment to walking alongside individuals through some of life’s most challenging—and meaningful—transitions.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that we are all shaped by our environments, experiences, and the relationships that surround us. My work incorporates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills, Exposure and response prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) ,and mindfulness, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I am a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and Postpartum Support International (PSI), and I remain actively engaged in my community through volunteer efforts focused on maternal wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will review the grounds for therapy and go over any questions about the therapeutic process. I will conduct an initial assessment and we will discuss goals for our work together.
