Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessica, and I am passionate about supporting preteens, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s stress, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, trauma, or big life transitions. With over 20 years of experience in education, working closely with children, teens, and families, I bring unique insight into the struggles people face at different stages of life. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best when we work as a team. I meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I integrate techniques from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help you better understand your emotions, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools for everyday life. Whether we’re working through anxiety, relationship challenges, or identity struggles, I focus on creating a space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll gain clarity, coping strategies, and confidence. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, develop tools to manage stress and anxiety, and build resilience for whatever life brings your way. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical skills you can use immediately. Over time, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and create lasting change that leads to a more balanced, fulfilling life.
